However, the Terrier Club takes an active role in protecting site users from spammers and viruses. Therefore, email addresses are often "disguised" to hide them from bots (automated scanners) and viruses. We do not make member or visitor email addresses available to any third parties. Our member database is considered private, proprietary and copyrighted - attempts to use this private information without permission for any reason (including spam lists) is prohibited.

All images and messages posted to our site and any opinions, advice, statements or other information contained in any messages posted or transmitted by any party are the responsibility of the author of that message and not of the site administrator or moderator.

Membership in the TerrierClub and TerrierTown is provided as a courtesy to our Terrier friends. However, we reserve the right to refuse, remove, or edit public posts or membership in our club at any time for any reason. Offensive or inappropriate posts may be reported to the forum moderator, and such posts are subject to deletion if multiple complaints are received from members or forum visitors. Troll posts - those intended to bait, insult, or provoke discord among the membership - are also subject to locking or deletion. Misuse of our sites, including inappropriate or "flame" posts, spamming, or unusual traffic from any member or visitor may result in IP blocking or banning from our site.
