 My Pretty Precious
Two years ago today (just 3 months after we lost our Yorkie-boy), we got up bright and early and drove to Little Rock, Arkansas to meet and bring home our Westie-girl. When I first saw her, I remember thinking "she is the cutest little thing I've ever seen". She was running around in the grass playing chase with the breeder's granddaughter. The breeder, Ms Nancy, had already been calling our girl by her name, so Zoe came right to us when we called her.
That day in November, Zoe bounced into my life and into my heart, and I have never been the same. This precious girl did not replace my Yorkie, but she helped me to heal. She was a tiny, helpless puppy who depended on me to take care of her, but Zoe had no idea how much she was really taking care of me.
She is my wonderful, happy, beautiful, silly, smart, independent, strong-willed, funny, stubborn, sassy little girl, and she has totally stolen my heart.
I love you Princess Zoe Hope! Happy Gotcha Day!!!
