4/27/09 - 10 Years Ago this Week
The Terrier Club Front Page has been a popular feature for over 10 years. In the early days, it was called The Gossip Column, and our member Lilibeth (and her mom CJ) contributed lots of stories, adventures, and poems as our official Social Editor.
Here is what appeared exactly 10 years ago:
A Poem
The dogs all had a meeting,
They came from near and far,
Some came by public transport,
While others came by car.
But before they were allowed
To enter in the hall,
Each had to hang it's bottom
On a hook upon the wall.
They all got nicely seated,
Each mother's son and sire,
When a dirty little yellow dog
Began to holler "Fire!"
They all jumped up together,
They had no time to look,
And each one grabbed at random
A bottom from a hook.
This got their bottoms all mixed up,
And made them very sore,
To wear another bottom
That they hadn't worn before.
And that's the reason why a dog
Will even leave a bone,
To smell another bottom
In the hope to find his own!

 Fun with Mya and more....
Last week was busy when mom was on Spring break. We babysat for Mya a lot. Yesterday we took this great hike with Penny's parents but mom forgot her cameraa!
Mya and I played hide and seek. Poppa couldn't find us!!!!

marathon
So, today I ran my last run before running in the London Marathon next Sunday. Ronny as you know has joined me on my short runs, but has also supported me on my long runs by being there to help me with my stretches at the end! I have trained long and hard and it has been a challenge both emotionally and physically, but I hope to finish next Sunday and make my friends and family proud. I am running to raise money for children who have been abused by their parents. If anyone wants to make a donation, there's still time, by going to www.bmycharity.com/LM2009. I would of course be extremely grateful.

feeding time!!
Hey check out the puppies first time for real food.They seemed to like it pretty good especially the two girls who was really chowing down.Check out who is on the plate Chester Jo you better watch your food lol!!
