Thanks so much for your concern. We are well except for my broken foot which has really slowed me down, but Emmy is happy keeping me company. (She's a great furry little nurse!)
All the nearby fires are now 100% contained, and we finally had some rainfall last week that surely helped. Just hoping the rains (more due next week) will be moderate since mudslides can occur in some of the burn areas.

Good to hear that the fires near you have been fully contained. Seeing the overhead images of the burn outs are horrific. Prayers for the those now homeless and those that have lost everything. Mark hope your broken foot recover's and heals very soon. Keep up the good nursing Emmy.
