Mommy are NOT Happy!
Mommy are not happy! A man moved in with his Mommy about 4 houses down from us an he gots 2 Pitbulls! He walks dem up an down da road a couple times a day an Mommy are afraid ta walk me out front cause one a dem dogs lunged at my friend Bella an scared her Mommy ta death! Mommy an me likes ta walk down an get da mail but Mommy says if dis man keeps bringin his dogs past our house, her not goin ta take me outside da backyard fence. I are not happy bout dat but I guess bein safe are a lot better dan bein sorry...Lub, Emmie an her unhappy Mommy

Oh emmie sue, not pit bulls,there are the one breed that mommy doesn't like also.
Please Stay safe and away from them.

Oh Bestest Fwend Emmie..yoo and yor Mummy gots to stay away fwom them..Them Pit bull cross things are wot attacked yor Drew and Got Mummy that time a few years ago..they never forgot it...sooo lucky that the man came in a van doown the lane ...we are having a slight pwoblem seeing sumone wiv a loose dog in the pwivate field where I go...mummy needs to get to the owner when she nots got me wiv her though ..not knowing wot the loose doggo is and to tell them they not allowed...are those doggos secure in thar own place ...Mummy says she never liked those type dogs anyway and in the wrong hands ..even worse..they were bred for one fing she says....Oh Drew is piping up saying we Terriers were bwed for hunting..foxes badgers.hares wabbits moles vermin...Oh dear...I go calm him doown....yoo take great care Bestest and yor Mummy and Daddy...do yoo weckon yoo move to get away.Big Huggies and Smoochies fwom yor Drew who worried aboot yoo now..Lov Bibsy and Mummy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Deb and Emmie Sue so sorry your new neighbor has a pitbull! Makes it even more scary that the owner walks it down your street several times a day so you never know when to walk Emmie for her walks. We know all too well the problem. Our Neighbors in the back had a pitbull and every time we tried to enjoy our backyard they would let the dog out. He would fiercely pounce bite and rip at the fence and yes he took out fence boards trying to get into our yard. His barking and high pitch growls were alarming! Also the teen kids that live there would tease Grady with hackling and throwing things on the fence.The parents just laughed and egged it on if at all coming out to remove the dog.It damaged our fence so bad that for our safety we paid to get a secondary fence installed to give us an extra barrier. Grady had some anxiety from it all. We always had to take him out on a leash and watch like a hawk for any danger.I hope your new neighbor and his pitbull don't stay in the area long . Maybe they will move in short time.

Sandra, this is a particularly bad situation. We have several small dogs in the neighborhood and we are the only ones who actually have a fenced in area. The man who moved into the neighborhood is actually living in a small travel trailer in the back of his Mom's house (she has a small dog of her own and will not allow him to bring the dogs (yes he has 2 pitbulls!) into her house so these dogs aren't getting the exercise they need to burn off excess energy. Walking both dogs at once is an accident waiting to happen and I pray that he finds a place of his own (and out of our neighborhood) soon! Till then, we are all on high alert and hoping for the best.Love, Deb and Emmie Sue

Oh Deb that is a difficult and worrisome situation! The man doesn't have the proper housing or a secure yard to give the two pitbulls.Even his Mother won't allow the pitbulls around her small dog just implies there is potential for a bad event. Serious worry!! If he could release them to a shelter or Pitbull rescue would be the right thing to do.And hopefully before people or pets in the neighborhood get hurt. Stay safe Deb and Emmie Sue even in your own fenced backyard be cautious. We send prayers and hope the dogs will move soon from the neighborhood. Hugs Sandra & Master Grady

Oh Deb, those two pitbulls and the owner sound scary, you're right it sounds like an accident waiting to happen

I definitely would not go near them.
Maybe animal control could check for licenses.

Oh Deb and Emmie stay away from those pit bulls they are dangerous. If they get a way from their home or owner it would be terrible. If things get bad I think contacting animal control would be the thing to do. I bet they don't have rabies shot, vaccinations and any required dog licenses either. Love Bo Bryce, Jewel, our Mummy Louise, and all our terrier angels.
