Bad news to tell Vote for this post

Well it has been awhile since I posted on the Terrier Club.  I promise that it will change.  I don't remember if I posted that I will be moving out of Florida back up north to Southern Indiana.  I was from that area before my husband and I moved to Illinois and then to Florida where my husband passed away back on October 5, 2017.  Well official moving day is July 7th and I have punched a new home which is located 10 minute drive from my step-son and family.  Well that is the good news, here comes the bad news.  I lost my precious Kinzie unexpectedly on June 19th.  I was working in the garage and heard a loud screaming yelp from the house.  I ran to the front door and Kinzie was laying on her left side and having a seizure.  I called my Vet to let them know that I was bringing her in.  When I went to pick her up she was not breathing.  I was able to get her breathing again and drove her to my Vet.  When I got there she was conscious, but could not stand or walk.  Her abdomen was distended.  My Vet drew labs and did X-rays & it was bad news.  Her CBC was very abnormal with low RBC & very elevated WBC.  X-rays showed a spleen that looked like a baseball, tumors, and distended abdomen. She was bleeding internally and had cancer.  I had to  put my sweet little girl to sleep.  She was a senior rescue and was the best sweet companion ever.  I am devastated.  Sorry to have to post this terrible news.  Love Louise, and Angels Caesar, Kinzie, & Judah.

We are so sorry for your loss.

Sometimes we have no choice but to help them go to the bridge and run pain free.

Hope to hear how the move turns out.

Love Riley and Allen
