the vet just called
Presley's vet just called, she said for his age and health he is in pretty good shape, he has a kidney infection, he will start some meds to day.after he is finished with these meds, they will check again, a urine sample and at that time they will do an ultra sound to see how he is doing.
I am to watch him when he pees and poops to see if I notice any straining, if so, i let her know.
she said the fact that he eats only once a day is okay and sleeps alot is normal for a his age.
i am happy with the results and hopefully he will be around for awhiile, he will be 13 next month, and i would like him to see that birthday.
thanks for all your prayers. I know they help, you guys are the best and are like family to me.

Sandi so glad that you got some positive news on sweet Presley!! Hope the meds take care of the kidney infection right away and he will be feeling much better.Will keep prayers for Presley and hope you lots more time with your darling boy.Sending you both hugsxoxox

Oh Sandi, we're so happy that you got such a good report from the vet (considering the kidney infection that can be treated with some meds!) We hope you and Presley are enjoying your day and making some new memories. Thats good news Sandi...well of sorts ...and hope soon with the medication the kidney infection will clear up and hope Presleys poops and widdies are good and Prayers also when the ultrasound is done..but we will look for updates each day how he is doing on the meds for the infection..please give him a hug and kiss from us...Hugs Annie Biba and Drew xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
