The nearest fire (Eaton) is 65% contained, winds have died down and we fortunately didn't have to evacuate.
However, I suffered a fall on Tuesday while cleaning up ash and debris along the front of our property and broke a metatarsal bone in my foot so I'm laid up for awhile. Evelyn and Emmy are now my caregivers...

Mark so glad to hear that you didn't have to evacuate. Can't imagine what you guys are going through. So sorry to hear about you foot.sounds like you have two great nurses.
